Issue-Historic Preservation is to be distinguished from Does-Historic_Preservation. When a person or organization raises awareness, informs the public, and does other deeds of advocacy in order to influence others to preserve something, use the "Issue" category. The "Does" category should be reserved for organizations or people that actually do the physical work of preserving something, for example, the actual brick-and-mortar work of restoring a historic building.
