The Council of Southeast Pennsylvania gives the following descriptive information:

The Council of Southeast Pennsylvania, Inc. (The Council) is a private non-profit prevention, education, advocacy, assessment, intervention, and recovery support organization, serving the counties of Bucks, Chester, Delaware, Montgomery & Philadelphia.
