Stan's Introduction to Wikidelphia

Curators Wanted!

Take charge of the information about your passion! Get your name in lights (or bold text!) Register for free as an editor to add to or update Wikidelphia! Write to Stan Pokras (stan@communitymagic.org) for a username and password. (When we didn't require registration, we kept seeing a lot of spam and vandalism here.)  If you've never made or edited a Wiki page before, that's fine. Selecting our "Help" link will get you started learning how, and if you spend a half-hour or so studying closely, you'll be able to start making good-looking pages, no problem. Wikidelphia needs many, many more things Philadelphian, so if you're from, in, or around Philly, Wikidelphia needs your knowledge!

Wikidelphia does not recommend or endorse the agencies or resources listed on this site. This is an informational site only. We encourage users to carefully review and evaluate all services and decide what is best to meet their needs and the needs of their families, neighbors, clients, associates, and friends.

Wikidelphia is managed by Community Magic, a project of the Uptown Entertainment Development Corporation (UEDC).

Helpfulness brings people into focus. Community Magic collects and builds tools people can use to help members of their community. The aim is to make useful connections among neighbors and communities. When enough people are busy connecting their neighbors, and they themselves are connected to each other, magical things can happen!
