Main Page Design Workspace
The "Big Links" section of the main page is kind of crowded. I'd like to clean it up and make it more elegant. Sections with several categories might best be linked to a Category:Is-Wikidelphia Resource Page much like the Housing Resource Page. I feel that page is a good model. What I have below looks much better than the larger size text we have now. That was a good idea, but it's shouting instead of presenting...
Big Links
- A great place to begin: Top Level of the Wikidelphia Category System (WCS).
- See event calendars from all over Philly: Does-Event Calendar.
- Arts And Culture: Issue-The Arts, Is-Arts Organization, Is-Museum, Issue-Cultural Heritage.
- Jobs: Look at About-Jobs, Teaches-Job Readiness, Issue-Employment, Does-Employment Listings, Does-Employment Counseling and Philly Jobs.
- Business: We have Is-Business, Is-Business Association, and Is-Business Directory.
- Volunteer Gigs: Category:Using-Volunteers and Volunteering in Philadelphia can keep you busy!
- Community: Is-Neighborhood Association, Does-Community Economic Development, Issue-Community Development, and Issue-Philadelphia Neighborhoods.
- Advocacy: Category:Is-Advocacy Organization shows a multitude of causes being championed!
