A Force for Positive Social Change
ICA’s philosophy – maximizing the participation of people in the process of taking responsibility for their own lives and for society as a whole – is manifested through its community-based approach to planning and to identifying and addressing issues that most affect community members. For over forty years, ICA has effectively helped people help themselves.
