Now Is the time to Rebrand Philadelphia!

This page is about an article in The Philadelphia Citizen, February 12, 2018, by Larry Platt

Larry's article talks about the efforts that have been undertaken by other cities to create recognizable brands for themselves. And it highlights the fact that Philadelphia is one of 20 city finalists in Amazon's search for a second headquarters.

Brigitte Daniel, the Executive Vice President of Wilco Electronics one of the oldest black-owned cable systems in the nation, which was recently bought by Comcast is quoted saying:

“...We should brand ourselves as a social impact innovation hub, a place that is better than other cities at inclusion and collaboration, all in service of addressing social problems. Every startup I know wants to be part of driving social purpose.”
