Grays Ferry is a South Philadelphia neighborhood bounded on the north by South 34th Street and Grays Ferry Avenue, on the east by South 25th Street, on the south by Snyder Avenue, and on the west by the Schuylkill River.
Adjoining Neighborhoods
Grays Ferry is adjoined on the north by Southwest Center City, on the east by Point Breeze, and on the south by South Philadelphia West. On the west, it is across the Schuylkill River from University City and Kingsessing. On the northwest, Grays Ferry completely overlaps Forgotten Bottom. Some points in Grays Ferry are also in South Philadelphia West.
