Main Page Design Workspace

The "Big Links" section of the main page is kind of crowded. I'd like to clean it up and make it more elegant. Sections with several categories might best be linked to a Category:Is-Wikidelphia Resource Page much like the Housing Resource Page. I feel that page is a good model.
