[[Nonprofit Technology Resources]] is an example of a charitable NPO inside Philadelphia - it refurbishes donated personal computers for use by the needy and the NPOs that serve them.

The Internal Revenue Service will be reducing the number of NPOs that qualify for 501(c)(3) status, so this list may change.
