'''ConnectHome''' is a HUD program that gives the following description:<blockquote>ConnectHome is a platform for collaboration between local governments, public housing agencies, Internet service providers, philanthropic foundations, nonprofit organizations, and other relevant stakeholders that will produce local solutions for narrowing the digital divide.</blockquote>

Its pilot project began in 28 communities around the nation, including Philadelphia and Camden. An Inquirer story said it<blockquote>will provide high-speed broadband Internet in more than 275,000 households, and improve online access for almost 200,000 children, according to the White House.<br><br>ConnectHome is aimed at closing the "homework gap" between students who can use the Internet at home and their less affluent peers.</blockquote>
