Philadelphia Youth Network's Workforce Development Program
- WorkReady addresses the importance of youth employment by providing young people an opportunity to learn and bringing employers new energy, creativity, comfort with technology and eagerness to learn.
- Through a competitive procurement process, WorkReady's network of youth serving-organizations (providers) receive administrative and financial support to coordinate with worksites where young people receive a quality work experience. (MORE)
