My professional goals include contributing to the life-enhancing experiences of the students and families I serve.

• My recent work experiences include several years of teaching and tutoring secondary and post-secondary (developmental) mathematics. My passion for mathematics education, particularly in urban communities, keeps me actively involved in the field.
• My work experiences prior to teaching include payroll, administration, contracts compliance, program coordination, project management, etc. The skills gained through these experiences contributed to my success with starting two businesses: Citywide Math and Science Institute, a for profit math and science tutoring company and Excel Philly, a non-profit organization that started Math Corps Philadelphia. Math Corps is a combined academic enrichment and mentoring program.
