Initial Welcome
Howdy!
I'm SteveH, one of the 50-some founders here and apparently the most-experienced Wikipedia editor. You'll want to know Stan, the progenitor of our effort, and Ben who put up and hosts our MediaWiki installation.
So far the only template that works is {{help me}}, which I managed to put up. I saw Ben was struggling with a {{location}} one. If you can help put up {{stub}} just tell Ben what you're doing and how it works.
