The Café is committed to using the freshest ingredients possible.

Our on-site, award-winning kitchen garden is chock-full of yummy vegetables and herbs that are included in the foods we serve.
Our salads are made with ingredients from our garden including 10 varieties of tomatoes, peppers, spinach, asparagus, squash, zucchini, cucumbers, swiss chard, and strawberries.
We even grow the fresh-cut flowers that appear on your table.
Those perfect blends of flavor are seasoned with herbs such as basil, chives, dill, parsley, rosemary, mint, lavender, and cilantro; all featured in our kitchen garden.
The garden is lovingly attended to by Trolley Car Café owner Ken Weinstein every Saturday morning to ensure happy plants end up on your plate every time.
