We are citywide coalition of community members and partners managed by the Free Library of Philadelphia. We’re bringing together parents, relatives, neighbors, teachers, researchers, pediatricians, community organizers, faith leaders, overseers of parks and rec centers, neighborhood shop owners, grocers, launderers, barbers, stylists—virtually anyone who cares about, and can connect with, children and their families.
