Managed by Valley Youth House, the Achieving Independence Center (AIC) is a unique resource for young adults transitioning from the foster care system to independent adulthood. The Center provides co-located access to many of the supports and services our youth need to make this transition.

Members are provided with long term support, experiential education, and relationship building experience, as well as stipends and financial rewards for reaching benchmarks. Each youth is assigned a coach, and completes an individualized goal plan.
