BSCCA mission is to initiate the revitalization of the community in various approaches. Improvement of the quality life for the citizens of the community is a major objective; seek to organize the residents of the community into a cohesive working group; organized groups for the betterment of the neighborhood; remove blight and construct new housing; work on economic and entrepreneurial development; develop youth programs and foster educational activities for children; and encourage and promote safety awareness within the community.
