Does-Historic Preservation is to be distinguished from Issue-Historic Preservation. When a person or organization actually does the physical work of preserving something, for example, by doing the hammer-and-nails work of restoring a historic building, we'll use the "Does" category. If the organization doesn't do the physical work, but rather, it raises awareness, informs the public, and does other deeds of advocacy in order to influence others to preserve something, use the "Issue" category.
