Mayfair is a Northeast Philadelphia neighborhood bounded by Pennypack Park on the north, Roland Avenue, Cottman Avenue (Pennsylvania Route 73), and Frankford Avenue (U.S. Route 13) on the southeast, East Cheltenham Avenue on the southwest, Bustleton Avenue on the west, and Roosevelt Boulevard on the northwest.

Mayfair is adjoined on the northeast by Winchester Park and Holmesburg, on the southeast by Tacony, on the south by Wissinoming, on the southwest by Frankford, and on the northwest by Oxford Circle/Castor and Rhawnhurst.
