When you contact OBS for the first time, a business liaison will be assigned to your company - a professional who knows your neighborhood and your industry. Your liaison will be your partner in City government. It is their job to make your job easier. To have a business liaison assigned to your company or to get help with a problem your business is experiencing, please email OBS Client Services or call the OBS Client Services Line Monday – Friday, 9:00 – 5:00 at (215) 683-2100.<br>
