No Student Should Have to Go Through College Alone

The Collective Success Network is a Philadelphia-based nonprofit that supports low-income, first-generation (LIFG) college students to achieve their academic and career aspirations through empowering mentorship, professional development, and leadership opportunities.

We connect students with professional mentors and prepare them to enter professional career paths. In parallel, we collaborate with the wider business community to create innovative solutions to increase college success rates and build a socioeconomically diverse talent pipeline.

While we are based in Philadelphia, our professional volunteers hail from across the United States. Our intercollegiate programs are open to students from across the country who are attending college in the Greater Philadelphia Metropolitan Region (an area that includes Southern New Jersey and Delaware).
