Our services are offered through a network of provider agencies. We also collaborate with the Philadelphia School District, the child welfare and judicial systems, and other stakeholders. It is through our many partnerships that we are able to serve  Philadelphians who need our help and support.

Traditionally, we have prioritized services to individuals who are experiencing a health-related condition or intellectual disability to improve their outcomes.
