- FathersLead is committed to the development of at-risk youth in underserved communities by providing access to educational resources and impactful programming - giving them tools to transform their community for the better.
- FathersLead will foster positive change amongst our participants through: goal setting, self-discipline, soft skills, and community service.
- If we as a society are able to address the issues and show youth what is possible - no matter the circumstances they are given - greatness can be achieved.
