What would happen if hundreds of trustworthy, dedicated people across Philadelphia worked together to help people in their churches, schools, or community organizations, or on their blocks, have their needs met, gain access to the unlimited information available on the Internet that most of us take for granted, and exchange skills and interests?

The idea that people can join together to create such a network of personal support is the basis for a citywide conference on INFORMATION ADVOCACY™ to be held May 25 at the Philadelphia Central Library.
