We strengthen communities with training and career readiness programs for sustainable employment.

The Lenfest Center for Community Workforce Partnerships serves as a bridge to the Greater Philadelphia community, with a particular focus on the neighborhoods surrounding Temple University. Under the Office of the Vice President for Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Community Impact, the Center provides opportunities for Temple University students, staff, and faculty to exchange creative ideas, resources, and services with residents, grassroots organizations, social service agencies, and government entities to strengthen the health and welfare of individuals and communities particularly by addressing social and cultural determinants of health.
