Where There's Life, There's Hope

New Journeys In Recovery recognizes the uniqueness and individuality of each person, the importance of family and a strong social network of support. We encourage program participants to exercise their right to actively participate in decisions affecting their lives. Our programs are designed to be holistically engaging to support their successful treatment program completion, recovery, attentiveness to their physical wellness, and reentry into the community as productive members.

NJIR admission process is a comprehensive assessment the person in recovery’s (PIR) strengths, challenges and recovery goals. When a person is referred to NJIR, s/he is scheduled for an intake within the referral week prior to admission, and sooner if the need be. At Intake, PIR’s meet with a NJIR’s intake assessor.
