In April 2025 we sought to update this page, but the main URL went nowhere. We looked for a replacement, but none was found. Therefore, unless we hear otherwise, we assume that the following information is history:

The Philadelphia Arab-American Development Corporation, also known as Arab American Development Organization and Philadelphia Arab American CDC, gives the following descriptive information:

Arab-American Community Development Corporation (AACDC) was incorporated as a non-profit organization in 1997. The organization's mission is to empower the Arab-American community in the Philadelphia metropolitan area, promote its economic development, and combat racial, ethnic, and religious discrimination. The AACDC works to serve the complex needs of the estimated 30,000 to 50,000 Arab-Americans living in the five-county area (please refer to US Census 2010 results). The AACDC works closely with various organizations in Philadelphia to aid Arab-Americans with immigration issues, health care, English as a second language, citizenship learning and more.
