We are a Registered Community Organization (RCO) representing the neighborhood bounded by Washington and Oregon Avenues to the north and south, and by 13th to 15th Streets to the east and west. We are dedicated to improving the quality of life in the neighborhood by managing zoning changes and development. We try to bring together like-minded people who want to improve properties and to protect the historic nature of the architecture. Our primary goal is to make this community a more attractive and secure place for residents and businesses.
