Degenerate Do-Gooders
The Block's goal is to revitalize Philadelphia, and eventually other cities across the country, that have been neglected by the budget makers and politicians of the nation through our humanitarian and volunteer work. Here in a blue-collar city like Philadelphia you are raised by the city streets or "blocks" that you come from, it's time to give back.
