Welcome to Wikidelphia!

Unfortunately, (or fortunately, as one's perspective might have it) we don't have a lawyer looking over our shoulder. So, we are expecting that you (and the other users of this service) will respect each other and the laws of our nation and other local laws, rules, and regulations that might apply to this system and its users.

Pertinent to this page on copyrights, we're especially expecting that you (and everyone else) will not copy someone else's work and post it as if it were your own. In this regard we expect this idea to include writing, images, sounds, music, video, or anything that someone else created. --Stan 16:44, 16 January 2011 (EST)

Why We Are Permitted to Copy Excerpts From Websites

  • Read This: Copyright/Exceptions-Limitations
    • In the above material, be sure to read PAST the section titled "The Big Question."
    • The reference to a "Supreme Court Ruling" is presented as an example of something that has NOT happened, and shouldn't.
