AFC Urgent Care South Philly
AFC Urgent Care South Philly, formerly known as "AFC Doctors Express", gives the following descriptive information:
AFC Urgent Care’s mission is to provide the best healthcare possible, in a kind and caring environment, while respecting the rights of all patients in an economical manner, at times and locations convenient to the patient.
AFC Urgent Care in South Philadelphia, Pennsylvania is a proud member of the largest urgent care provider in the nation. You cannot wait to receive top quality, affordable care if you, your child, or a family member is injured or ill. Visiting a traditional emergency room is often quite expensive, not to mention the hours you will likely have to wait to be seen. Our walk-in urgent care facility is staffed with dedicated, highly experienced physicians to meet your healthcare needs. Our overriding goal is to get you back on your feet as quickly as possible without shattering the family budget.
We are also a resource for the entire South Philly Community. Need a certified DOT Physical to get your CDL medical card? This specialized physical needs to be conducted every two years and can be fulfilled at our walk-in clinic with no appointment necessary. You can also receive an immigration physical from our board-certified doctors. Bring in the paperwork for any physical and we can fill out the forms after a thorough examination. Our onsite lab means many screenings and tests can be completed while you wait. We also carry many of the vaccines required for immigration purposes. We can also help our neighbors when it comes to travel medicine, lab services, employee services, x-ray services and much more.
We participate with most major insurances. Our doctors and staff are proud to provide healthcare and urgent care services:
