The Pennsylvania Family Institute gives the following descriptive information:

The Mission of the Pennsylvania Family Institute is to strengthen families by restoring to public life the traditional, foundational principles and values essential for the well-being of society. We are the only full-time, professionally staffed non-profit organization representing family values—your values—in the state capitol. We encourage responsible citizenship and involvement in civic affairs to promote respect for life, family, marriage and religious liberty.

Three-Fold Strategy of Impact

  1. Policy Makers:  We are your voice in the Capitol, providing public officials with research, insight and encouragement to do the right thing for our families and our future.
  2. Media:  We’re a steady, common sense voice for life, for marriage and for religious liberty on the air, in print and online, bringing a winsome pro-family perspective where it is too often absent or ignored.
  3. The Family:  We’re here for moms and dads. We’re here for churches and community groups across the state, helping them to be good parents and spouses at home and good citizens and leaders in public life.

Through its Independence Law Center, the Institute engages in the legal arena, defending the constitutional rights of citizens against challenges to life, religious freedom and the historic and beneficial role of family and marriage.

The Pennsylvania Family Institute is a 501(c)3 organization supported by the generous contributions and ongoing pledges made by individuals, families, churches, businesses private foundations. We do not seek, and have never received government funding. Your support today for our ongoing pro-family work is always welcomed and appreciated. Your donation is sincerely appreciated.
