Though our focus is to use regional produce, we consider the carbon footprint of our imported products and try to minimize our impact. We also hope to serve as a model for neighborhoods or cities to bound together in community growing and sourcing. Spotted Horse flavors and ingredients are designed to bridge many cultures just as our founder’s heritage does. Her world travels and farm to table upbringing informs the way she approaches seasonally fresh and seasonally preserved ingredients, versatility of application, and quality for accessible prices.
