Logan CDC is a community development corporation serving the Logan neighborhood of Philadelphia. <br>With support from Rebuilding Together Philadelphia (RTP) and the local Tri-State Pepsi Bottling Group (PBG), Logan CDC established the Carlton Simmons Community Technology Center as a place where Logan residents can access computers with broadband internet service free of charge. The center is named in memory of Carlton Simmons, a former PBG employee and life long Logan resident.
