We, the disciples and congregation of Mount Zion Baptist Church of Holmesburg, have been called by God to help in the transforming of sinners into saints and developing disciples for Jesus Christ.

Mount Zion Baptist Church of Holmesburg is located in the greater northeast section of Philadelphia, PA. Mount Zion was established in 1897 by Prophet Andrew Jones (a son of slaves - John and Nancy Jones) and a few men in a Stone Quarry located very near the church's current location.
