The '''Philadelphia Youth Network''', a nationally recognized leader in youth workforce development, is a non-profit organization that serves as a catalyst for collective action by developing and delivering models that change systems and improve educational and economic outcomes for youth. Our vision is that all of Philadelphia's young people will take their rightful places as full and contributing members of a global economy.  
We believe every young person deserves the chance to achieve their dreams. PYN works with partners to prepare young people for the career of their choice. Our programs create opportunities for young people throughout Philadelphia.

Connecting Youth and Young Adults to Education and Employment Opportunities

The Philadelphia Youth Network (PYN) works with strategic partners to create education and employment opportunities for youth and young adults.

We believe every young person deserves the chance to achieve their dreams. PYN works with partners to prepare young people for the career of their choice. Our programs create opportunities for young people throughout Philadelphia.

Vision: Alleviate poverty and promote equity through education and employment.

Mission: Create coordinated systems which promote the attainment of academic achievement, economic opportunity and personal success.

Impact: Together with our partners, we have provided more than 240,000 opportunities to young people since PYN was founded in 1999.
