This category could be simply "Arts." But is seems to work better as "The Arts." Some further research seems to be needed. "The Future" also may need similar expert assistance. We could add this to move it... {{DEFAULTSORT:Issue-Arts}} if that seems right...
I say, Leave it as is. "The Arts" is a very common usage. I will add the DEFAULTSORT.
