Pole Empress opened its doors on Monday, January 28, 2019, under Owner/Founder Tara Johnson. We are a studio that specializes in Pole Dance and Fitness. We offer classes to all genders through all walks of life. Our goal is to provide a new fitness and dance experience while encouraging self-esteem, self-love, self-care and healthier lifestyles. Pole Empress is a safe space for individuals to learn, grow, explore and be their best selves! Come join us and become an Empress of the pole!
