West Mount Airy is a Philadelphia neighborhood bounded by Germantown Avenue on the northeast, by West Johnson Street and Wissahickon Avenue on the southeast, by West Walnut Lane and Wissahickon Valley Park on the southwest, and by Wissahickon Valley Park on the northwest.

West Mount Airy is adjoined by East Mount Airy on the northeast, Germantown on the southeast, by Wissahickon Valley Park on the southwest, and Chestnut Hill on the northwest.
