Youth Sports Coalition in Northeast Philadelphia
The NORTHEAST PHILADELPHIA YOUTH ALLIANCE is a dedicated group of member Youth Sports Organizations located in Northeast Philadelphia.
- The Alliance, and the Annual Race Event that supports it, were inspired by former City Councilman Dennis M. O'Brien... who envisioned the Alliance and the Race as a way to demonstrate community spirit, promote physical fitness, and raise needed funds to help support the member youth sports clubs of Northeast Philadelphia.
