Revision as of 10:21, 8 January 2020

The NORTHEAST PHILADELPHIA YOUTH ALLIANCE is a dedicated group of member Youth Sports Organizations located in Northeast Philadelphia.

O'Brien... who envisioned the Alliance and the Race as a way to demonstrate community spirit, promote physical fitness, and raise needed funds to help support the member youth sports clubs of Northeast Philadelphia.
