PFT Healthy Schools Tracker is Here!

With this smartphone application, school staff will be able to submit real-time descriptions and images of problems they see in their buildings directly to the PFT. We will be sharing these submissions with the District, and tracking the progress of repairs.

With the Healthy Schools Tracker, you can:

Create an account and provide contact information (optional). Users can include contact information which will allow the PFT to follow up with you directly if more information is needed.
Describe issues at your school. From mold to rodent infestation, the app provides space for school staff to give detailed descriptions and comments about unhealthy building conditions, including classroom type, location and how long the issue has existed.
Take photos.

Using the camera feature, users can submit photos along with the descriptions.
