There are too many Arts and Culture meantions in Wikidelphia for us to be able to assign this category to all of them at the present. In lieu of that fact, we have created these two Google searches that search through the entire Wikidelphia database to show either a mention of the word "Arts" or the word "Culture."

Therefore, this category is too broad. It should be deleted. We have lots of other categories treating various arts and cultures topics separately. Use them.
