Leslie Smallwood–Lewis and Gregory Reaves, remained persistent, faithful and focused.  Then and now, we focus on building new ideas, especially in locations where solutions aren’t obvious.  We build with community and cultural sensitivity in mind.  We hire professionals and others who have been historically excluded from this industry.  We seek to bring solid returns to our investors and lenders.
