Pushing Progress Philly (P32) is a 12-month traning and supportive services program that provides participants with job training, coaching services and paid employment.
Pushing Progress Philly (P3) is a unique response to the gun violence epidemic in Philadelphia.
Together, our Team works to reduce the incidents of violence, create effective pathways for better life outcomes, and promote safety and opportunity in Philadelphia’s most impacted communities.
How it Works? Participants receive stipends for good attendance, participation in life skills/ work readiness training, behavioral change coaching and employment.
