Phyllis Chapell.

Phyllis Chapell and Siora gives the following descriptive information:

Phyllis Chapell & SIORA features the dynamic presence of vocalist Phyllis Chapell from intimate settings to a full ensemble. Drawing from many of the great music traditions of the world—Brazil and Latin America, the Middle East, Eastern and Western Europe (plus American music)—Phyllis Chapell & SIORA play with originality, authority and most of all, with heart.

Phyllis Chapell started SIORA with a gifted keyboardist/composer/arranger named Dan Kleiman. They performed locally, regionally and then nationally and internationally, along with an ever-growing family of musicians.

Chapell lives and performs mostly in the Philadelphia area (including the Mid-Atlantic region).
