Harrowgate is a Northeast Philadelphia neighborhood. It is bounded on the north by East Sedgley Avenue, on the southeast by Frankford Avenue, East Butler Street, and railroad tracks that come from the Frankford Junction Yard, on the southwest by Allegheny Avenue, and on the west by H Street.

Alternative Description: According to a WHYY article, the Harrowgate Civic Association "defines Harrowgate as a pentagonal shape between Trenton Avenue and H Street bounded by Allegheny to the south and Sedgley Avenue to the north."

Harrowgate is adjoined on the north by Feltonville, on the southeast by Port Richmond, and on the west by Kensington.
