JEVS Human Services gives the following descriptive information:

JEVS Human Services has 1,000 employees and 20 successful programs providing skills development, job readiness & career services, vocational rehabilitation, recovery services, adult and residential day services, and in-home personal assistance.

Programs

  • Adult Residential & Day Services:  For individuals living with developmental/intellectual disabilities and mental illness, JEVS can provide help at home, on the job, and in the community.
  • In-Home Personal Assistance:  JEVS offers a wide range of people-centered services for individuals with disabilities seeking supports to live independently and with dignity in the community.
  • Job Readiness & Career Services:  Looking for work these days can be overwhelming for anyone, regardless of background, skills and interests. JEVS has a variety of services for job seekers to help you get from where you are to where you want to be.
  • Services to Employers:  We prepare people at all levels of employment to fill positions within your business, and you can be assured that employees referred by JEVS are screened to match your needs.
  • Skills Training / Education:  Skills are the key to success. So whether you’re looking to develop new skills to find a new job or improve your skills to advance your career, JEVS can help you take the next step.
  • Substance Abuse Treatment:  JEVS offers programs designed to help individuals struggling with addiction lead clean, sober, and productive lives.
  • Veterans Services:  For those who have served our country, JEVS has programs to serve you.
